What’s in Your Glass? 3 Affordable Sauvignon Blancs & A Blind Tasting
Which is the best affordable Sauvignon Blanc? Lucky for us, some ladies in Florida wanted to answer this question. They love Sauvignon Blanc and Kim Crawford was always their go-to brand. Then one of them decided to check out White Haven Sauvignon Blanc. The price was comparable to Kim Crawford and the wine was also produced in Marlborough, New Zealand. A great region for Sauvignon Blanc.
In the meantime, they discovered an even better value at Costco with their Kirkland Signature Sauvignon Blanc. For those who are Costco members, you already know how great Kirkland’s private label products are. They really do a fantastic job of sourcing quality, delicious products. So, it’s no surprise that these ladies decided to test out this private label wine.
Now with three fantastic, affordable Sauvignon Blanc brands in their rotation, they decided to put them to the test. They wanted to identify which one really tasted the best. They hosted a blind tasting of the three white wines. The bottles were covered to keep the wine anonymous. Then they tasted each of the three side-by-side, comparing them to each other.
And the winner is? Kirkland Signature Sauvignon Blanc.
